Ron was a great help in just letting me look and ask questions and drive all the cars I needed to to make a decision. He was patient in the negotiation phase and was able to offer me a very fair deal on a great car. I am pleased with my car and have enjoyed driving it. NICK is the man! I haven't had a car payment in 10 years and been saving almost as long for my dream car. Visited another dealership and left with a headache. Ashamed to admit, by the time I met Nick- I was a bit out of sorts and not on my best behavior. I was ready to just keep my car but needed it for my son. It's just the two of us and this was a very important decision that I was making for us both. Nick not only offered me an aspirin but soon I was at peace and comfortable working with him. I gave one car a test ride and brought it home the same day. Nick gave me his word that he was giving me the best deal possible and I had no reservations in believing him. Not pushy, very genuine and personable. Has already went above and beyond by calling me and offering anytime assistance with my car. They are full of BS! Went to Serra last year bc my husband had to have a reliable vehicle. Got financed through a program called CAC bc we are still trying to rebuild our credit. Payments are just shy of $500.00 a month. Never missed a payment nor been late. Got a call a few months ago and was told that they had a Mustang (which is what my husband originally wanted) that they COULD get us in, we just kept saying no thanks. They called BOTH of us EVERY week for several weeks about that Mustang. We finally give in thinking ok, they really can get us in this car! Drive 45 minutes to get there, test drove the car THEN get told they can't put us in it! A few weeks ago I get a generic email from the finance manager saying that they can refinance our car and get us a lower payment OR upgrade to a NEW vehicle. I finally decided to call so we could get REFINANCED. After giving our salesman some information and him trying to put us in a NEW car, I get a message saying they can't refinance my car ALL THEY CAN DO IS PUT US IN A NEW VEHICLE! I called today and left a message with the finance manager, Larry which I highly doubt I will get a call back. They pull you in with BS then try to put you in something you don't want, when you tell them you're not interested in what THEY want to put you in its all of a sudden "Oh, we can't do anything for you"! I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! I'm sure this review will be deleted bc they don't want their little scheme to be made public! My salesman was awesome and I know he has nothing to do with financing. I would definitely go see him if he worked for a different dealership! More
