2017 Toyota Tacoma Purchase I started working with Keith Clements several weeks ago regarding a Tacoma purchase. The particular build I wanted was somewhat rare and Serra basica I started working with Keith Clements several weeks ago regarding a Tacoma purchase. The particular build I wanted was somewhat rare and Serra basically ordered a truck per my specs. We had the VIN number and general details and verbally agreed on the price a day before the truck arrived onsite. I arrived on Wednesday, 4/26 and, after starting some of the initial paperwork, Keith and I walked outside to look at the truck. To my dismay, the truck was equipped with a "black/orange" interior color package and the orange accent piece around the dash was just unacceptable. After several discussions and some investigations on the part of the Serra team, Matt Lawley indicated Serra would replace the dash piece at their cost in order to bring the truck in line with what I was wanting. So we completed the purchase that evening and Keith Clements worked with me to get the dash piece replaced. Within a few days it was replaced and the truck is perfect. I really appreciate the effort on the part of the sales team fix the dash issue. Overall, I had an enjoyable and straight forward experience with Serra and I'd recommend them again. Matt Lawley and Keith Clements did a great job on the sales side of the transaction and Brett Hickman was excellent to work with on the financial side of the transaction. More
