I'd already been in touch with a couple of sales people at various places I'm not a fan of car-buying...just really not keen on the whole experience. I'd already been in touch with a couple of sales people at various places and each wanted to take my very specific list of wants/needs and "up-sell" or "other-sell" something else to me. Chris Z was given my number and asked to take care of us - and that's truly exactly what he did! He was great to work with as we looked to replace one of our older family cars. He took my short but specific list and found the ideal used car for us in probably less time than it's taken me to write this review! Chris worked to make happen every request I had - down to the detail. I highly recommend Chris and was very pleased with his "not a problem" attitude...even when the car wasn't available for a test-drive, he made a quick substitution and kept the sale "alive". More

That would be the most irritating part about the car buying experience for me. When I say I'm not paying more than a certain amount per month, believe that I'm not paying more than what I am comfortable with paying. It would save us a lot of time and patience if the salesperson would just tell you if they can meet your number with a car that you like, or not. However, I understand that he had to do his job and it's all part of the game. At the end of the day, I got a nice upgrade from my base model Corolla and am happy to still be a member of the Toyota family. I look forward to returning again next year to do battle again. This time, I'm bringing my lunch and maybe dinner. More
