Great service and customer care. We’ve always worked with Eric when we’ve gone in for car service and he is fantastic; highly recommend working with him. We’ve always worked with Eric when we’ve gone in for car service and he is fantastic; highly recommend working with him. More

The service department is exceptional! Friendly, fast, and thorough. We purchased our Toyota in 2014 from Serra and have used their service department ever since. Zero complaints! We have a deep appreciation for Toyota, particularly the Highlander model. This is our fourth Highlander, a 2017 Highlander XLE, which I purchased from Serra Toyota in August. My experience at Serra was Highlander model. This is our fourth Highlander, a 2017 Highlander XLE, which I purchased from Serra Toyota in August. My experience at Serra was mixed. Robert, in Sales, was excellent, and Gary, in Finance, was good. However, our initial experience with the car was somewhat disappointing. We had owned it for a relatively short time, having driven it only a handful of times before we identified an issue with the windshield wiper sensor. Unfortunately, there's a 30-day window for such concerns that we were not informed about, which led to some confusion. We were initially told that bringing the car in for this issue would incur no charge, but this turned out not to be the case. Consequently, my wife's trip to the dealership ended up being a waste of her time. Another issue we noticed was the absence of a plastic plate that typically covers the area where the drive belts are installed. During their used car inspection, they had replaced the drive belt and indicated as much on the records, but it seems this plate was either inadvertently omitted or had never been present. During this same visit, it was quite chilly, and the tire sensor light was illuminated. My wife, noticing this, asked if they could also inspect the tire pressure. Regrettably, this additional service was not provided either. In summary, while we remain loyal to Toyota and their products, our experience with this particular Toyota dealership wasn't entirely satisfactory. The main concern revolves around communication and clarity in their processes. More
