Serra service team are the best. Jon was my service representative and he told me the cost of my repair and gave me several options to have it completed. I have used Serra Toyota for about 15 years, even though I live nearly 30 minutes away from Centerpoint. I also live about 15 minutes from another Toyota dealership but, I prefer to drive the 30 minutes because of the service. I would and continue to recommend them to anyone that’s asked my opinion.
