I was a new service department customer two years ago for a new 2023 4Runner Limited (purchased at a different dealership). This was the third consecutive service check at Serra since buying my 4Runner and a new 2023 4Runner Limited (purchased at a different dealership). Not only were the service department personnel extremely friendly and responsive, I was in and out within 30 minutes or less. I live nearly a hundred miles from Serra, but given there outstanding customer service the extra time and milage is worth it. More
