I loved the extra care given. I am for sure bringing my car in for service at this location. I plan to purchase another Toyota in maybe 1 year 6 months or 2 years. For certain buying from this location. Everyone is so friendly and even offer free massages!!! I loved the updates on text message and video of my inspection. Again, thank you to everyone at serra. The caps were off on the windshield and brake fluid and was not filled. Oil was filled perfect. The reason I checked after service at Serra I almost ruined the motor because the car was making noise and th was not filled. Oil was filled perfect.
