I had a wonderful experience. Michael Slaughter was AMAZING!!! He was super patient throughout the entire day, answered all questions and ensured me and my family were taken care o Michael Slaughter was AMAZING!!! Serra should be honored to have the likes of Mike working on behalf of the customers. He made everything worthwhile. Even in the rain he made sure we were able to pull off with no concerns. I also appreciate Alexis Pham for being communicative for the past couple of months and making sure I needed anything while I was searching from setting up appointments to answering questions. I will be returning to get the car detailed and cleaned as they were closed once I finished night. Finance Director Sean Jadwin was amazing. He gave even more insight on the vehicle purchased and went over each page of the documents with me and even gave a flash drive if I ever needed to review. Everyone was amazing from start to finish, great job Serra! More
