Well I got there about 11:20, left at 3 :10 Pm, had oil change, and to see what that was hanging under the driver side, they fix something underneath the car, went to get my car when they was finished , an change, and to see what that was hanging under the driver side, they fix something underneath the car, went to get my car when they was finished , and I can see what I went in for was still hanging. Show it to him , he laid on his back and snap it back in place in 20 seconds, what the heck they repair something that I didn’t ask them to do. And while I was in the lounge no one never came out to say anything about my car, been going there for my service work for 12 to 13 years since I had my car, I never had this to happen before, I had to get up and ask and thats when he said my car will be ready in 15 minutes. WOW More

Larry “Coach” Paulin is the best! My husband and I were very impressed with his professionalism. He was not pushy at all. He had several cars ready for us when we arrived on the lot.
