I have been coming to serra toyotA for at least 7 years. I bought my last vehicle at serra toyota and used to brag about the service there. But in last couple of years service has been spotty. In one visit I bought my last vehicle at serra toyota and used to brag about the service there. But in last couple of years service has been spotty. In one visit had to return because car was leaking oil after oil change. A few other times had to bring car back because of issues although they were minor and easily rectified the service was not top notch like it used to be. I'm not sure if there are new technicians, protocol or just a different attitude in work force, but service had definitely changed from previous years. Anyway still will only service my Rav four here but my confidence in the service has changed. More
