This dealer was fantastic all around. I got there early & they took me right in. Waiting room was super comfortable with soft couches. Coffee, tea, pastries, fruit-everything to make you I got there early & they took me right in. Waiting room was super comfortable with soft couches. I would never go to the HSV Toyota dealer after they left me waiting in the waiting area 4 1/2 hours & no update. I had an appointment & when I finally went to check on my car, it wasn't even looked at yet. What a difference between the 2. Serra is a 60 minute drive for me to get to, but worth it. More
