Scheduled appointment for 1:15 pm April 17, 2025 for an alignment. Arrived at 1:09pm. Waited until 3:45 pm and went to service desk and no one was there. He tried to get in touch with my service advisor, Antoine. But couldn’t get in touch with him. I looked out in the garage and thought I saw my car headed out. It turned as first in line. There were 3 to 4 cars behind mine. I assume my car had been finished for a while. The guy finished my invoice and gave me a 10% discount. My concern with this is my time is important to me.. I don’t think the customer should have to check to see when their car is finished. More
