Bought our Highlander 2021 from Josh Bowers. Ended up having transmission issues and service department took care of it under technical service bulletin verified by the technician.Rachel Falls Ended up having transmission issues and service department took care of it under technical service bulletin verified by the technician.Rachel Falls made sure it was replaced. One problem was when Rachel took some time off they did not keep me informed on status. I called Josh and he had Noah in service call me and update me on the progress. Final outcome was they replaced the Transmission and we are happy. Just one suggestion is make sure communication is frequent to your service customers keeping them up to date on progress. More
