Local Toyota Dealership, average service rating. Oversights and slip-ups happen. Had a 2021 Tacoma in for routine oil change. A couple of days later noticed oil spots in the driveway. Checked underneath and noticed the drain plug was only finger tight. Tightened it up and wiped up the oily mess underneath. More
