Steven Gremaux. Service Advisor, was fantastic. I bought a set of 4 Michelin Cross Climate 2 tires. They were the worst tires I ever purchased in my life. There w Service Advisor, was fantastic. I bought a set of 4 Michelin Cross Climate 2 tires. They were the worst tires I ever purchased in my life. There was a washboard effect when traveling over 50 mph. Then, there was a crab effect when changing lanes on a highway. Even though Michelin had a 30-day money-back guarantee, I was anticipating a sticky issue in returning the tires for a replacement set. Mr. Gremaux handled it extremely well. He arranged for a new set of Michelins and did not charge me for mounting and balancing. If you have any issues in service, see Mr. Steven Gremaux. He will treat you right. Kudos! More
