The service is always excellent. The wait is never long for a normal oil change and tire rotation. They keep me up to date if I have to wait for a repair. I chose this location on the recommendation of my nephew who works for Toyota in another state. The word must be out that they give excellent service since he lives in Ohio. They have a comfortable waiting room and clean bathrooms. My favorite salesman is George Jones, a former student of mine. I’ll keep using Serra Toyota as long as I’m driving a Toyota which means forever. I’m over 100 words so I think I have given enough compliments. More
