I will admit they are very prompt with communication and courteous. The issue that I have is FEES - All of the SERRA dealerships are into FEES. What kind of fees? $799 document fees and $499 in Serra Prem courteous. The issue that I have is FEES - All of the SERRA dealerships are into FEES. What kind of fees? $799 document fees and $499 in Serra Premium Package FEES. What do you get for these fees, not much. I finally just told them I will not deal with any dealer with this kind of fee structure. Very disappointed! More
