I found myself stranded in Birmingham recently, and the Serra team helped me out with a vehicle, other transportation, and even found my phone after I left it in a Lyft. Normally a great place for servicing Toyota product with knowledgeable and conscientious staff. This trip not so much as service was not completed and caused me stress in that my vehicle stalled on busy hig knowledgeable and conscientious staff. This trip not so much as service was not completed and caused me stress in that my vehicle stalled on busy highway due to air filter canister hose was left disconnected. Dash displayed Check Engine and had to retrieve codes. Also had to clean passenger side seat from grease spots from where Tech checked cabin filter. Ordinarily I have nothing but kudos for service personnel. Hope this was just due to overrun that day. More
