We’ve purchased 6 cars from Morgan Smith at Serra Toyota since 2001. And we’ve recommended him to family and friends. Our previous service rep, Matt, always gave us a little extra TLC. Love the dealership. This is my third vehicle purchased here. Not completely satisfied this time. I came in for regular maintenance service as I do everytime notified and was my vehicle was lacking needed here. Not completely satisfied this time. I asked how could this happen when I bring car in for service at every notification? I was told two needed Services somehow got overlooked. As a result, I could not afford to pay for all updates my vehicle needs. I trust that when I bring my vehicle in for notified service maintenance whatever service is needed at the time will be done at this time. Now I have to bring my vehicle back two times before my next scheduled maintenance to have maintenance done before this one was done. First time I am not totally satisfied with this dealership at this time . More

John Shackleford was my service person. He was inattentive. He said he would keep me informed about the “check engine” light issue, but he did not. Even though it turned out to be a non-issue, he inattentive. He said he would keep me informed about the “check engine” light issue, but he did not. Even though it turned out to be a non-issue, he did not let me know. I also had routine service performed. After waiting in the customer lounge for 2 hours, I had to go find him in order to learn that my car was finished! He acted surprised—almost like I caught him twiddling his thumbs at his station, but he then escorted me to the cashier. Definitely not the Serra service experience to which I‘be been accustomed for 15 years! More
