I had the pleasure of being assisted by Frankie he was kind and helped me , he made me feel somewhat better even though l am definitely still angry with sales and feel like l was ripped off by sales and j kind and helped me , he made me feel somewhat better even though l am definitely still angry with sales and feel like l was ripped off by sales and just thrown in any type of vehicle. The only recommendation l would give this dealership is service with being a first time Customer l would not say I’ve had the best assistance from sales. I have a complaint about my check engine light coming on after not even having my car a month. My salesperson didn’t care or showed no interest to caring and l was given the RUNAROUND! When trying to get it fixed. Thankfully called service and Frankie let me know what was the issue and gave the estimate on cost. Do not get a car here that you will have to have fixed (yourself after they claimed my warranty is over) not even within a month of your purchase! Horrible horrible customer service from sales! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! More

I enjoy taking my Kia to be serviced because of how polite the people are there.
