Excellent sales experience a few years ago, but I've never had a good service experience. Recently went in for service on a recall. The dealership is an hour away from me, so this is not an easy feat an never had a good service experience. Recently went in for service on a recall. The dealership is an hour away from me, so this is not an easy feat and it took me quite a while before I found an opportunity to get this done. Frankie was extremely (maybe overly?) polite and told me about another recall that I wasn't aware of that they'd fix at the same time. Had to leave my car, as expected. Got a call that my car was finished and went to pick it up. When I got there, I was told that only one of the recalls had been completed. They had to order parts for the other one and the parts were expected THE NEXT DAY. Had I known this, I'd have left my car until it was actually ready instead of wasting the drive, but I had been told it was finished. Now I'm expected to find another opportunity to drive another hour, each way, to have my car actually finished. I'm not upset that I had to leave it or that the parts had to be ordered, that's the norm, but Frankie knew that this was not an easy trip for me and I should not have been told that it was ready when it was not. The call should have been . . We have (this) done, but the parts for (that) won't be in until X ... So that I could have made the choice on whether to pick up my car or leave it another day for completion. There was no thought put into my individual needs. More

I wish that I could write a positive review about this dealership but I was not even able to get inside the door before Belinda basically attacked my car, coming up to my driver's side window and demandin dealership but I was not even able to get inside the door before Belinda basically attacked my car, coming up to my driver's side window and demanding I speak to her. This is not the first time this incident has happened here. My boyfriend came several months ago and just wanted to drive through the lot to see if they had the truck he was looking for. Belinda physically put herself in front of his vehicle as he was about to drive off the lot and demanded his personal information so she could be in contact with him all while still in his vehicle. She sent him texts and called him about vehicles that were completely out of his price range. She also sent him a very rude message after a phone call they had when he told her it was not a good time to talk due to a family emergency. More
