Helpful staff. The staff that I dealt with were polite and did their best to help solve my problems. They fixed all of my recalls except one. My headlight has been out for over a year and a half. I have replaced the lamp more than once but it never stays on for more than a week. Once, at an oil change, the mechanic figured out the problem was a part and that part is only available through the dealership. I took the car in to get an estimate and found out there was a recall on it. When I took it for repairs a few days later, they told me they couldn't do it because it was an after market assembly. They gave me an estimate of $458 to fix it. I did have a small accident earlier this year, but it was not replaced. Besides, it was already broken at the time of the accident. It is a 2012 Passat and I bought it in 2013. Obviously, I bought it that way. Whether its new or after market, the problem is the same and I feel that VW should honor the recall. More

Great Service Right At Home I went in for service on my 08 Jetta to have the rear main seal and air pipe replaced that was causing multiple oil leaks, and to have a few lights on I went in for service on my 08 Jetta to have the rear main seal and air pipe replaced that was causing multiple oil leaks, and to have a few lights on my dash checked out. The shop Foreman Josh was great at explaining to me the problem and cause, and the process to getting it fixed. They also did a multipoint inspection to make sure everything else was running good. Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy, and they even offered a shuttle service to take me home and bring me back to pick up my car when it was ready ( the shuttle will take you anywhere in a 10 mile radius of the dealer). They have a nice waiting room equipped with restrooms, a lounge area with a TV, a vending machine and coffee. And if you need wifi, the dealers showroom building right out front offers it for the customers while you wait. Everyone is nice and easy to talk to. Including my shuttle driver, so I didn't feel awkward at all talking to them or misinformed like I do at other shops. While replacing my rear main seal, a ball joint broke while being removed, which they replaced and fixed for free. My car was fixed and ready in two days, and has felt alot better driving ever since. I highly recommend you go see them for any of your replacement parts, repairs, or maintenance needs. More
