The people working there nice and they do not keep you too long. Problem is the actual service. They did not refill the washer fluid, nor did they check the coolant. The day after my last service the low too long. Problem is the actual service. They did not refill the washer fluid, nor did they check the coolant. The day after my last service the low coolant light came on. Took me doing a lot of searching to find the correct fluid. Make me worry about the oil and trans fluid levels as well or what else they didn’t do on their multi point inspection. Another issue was my last appointment scheduling. It was for Jan. 1st, I drive an hour to get to dealership for them to be closed. Two other customers were there same time I was, one was appointment, the other just rolled in because website said they were open. Not even confident if they did the tire rotation I paid extra for.
