Service manager did not seem concerned when I brought my concerns to him about how the quality of work was lacking at this shop. I had been to this shop 3 times and every time afterwards was left with addit concerns to him about how the quality of work was lacking at this shop. I had been to this shop 3 times and every time afterwards was left with additional issues. The being said, the last issue was after coming in for a routine oil change and on the way home oil exploded all over my engine, the front, and back of my car and THEN had to be towed back to the shop. I live over a hour away from this shop. Told him I would not be returning to this dealership and his response was “sorry you had that experience”. Disappointed he didn’t even try to keep me as a returning customer. More
