I brought the Nissan Rogue in for a recurring problem. The car leaks water into driver floorboard. I was told that the problem was with a drain coming from the sun roof and leaking water into floor. The first time they worked on it was about a year and a half ago. They told me water was coming from sun roof drain. The water started leaking into floorboard about a month later. I brought the car in on 01/11/2023 and was charged $200 for the same problem. I also had a recall notice about water leaking into floorboard, but they told me the problem was in sun roof drain. This fixed the problem for about 3 months, when water started leaking in mid April. I brought the car back on 04/28/2023 and was told that the sun roof drain was causing the problem. I asked why the problem keeps happening and was told I probably park under trees. The car is parked in the same place it has been for 8 years. I was again charged $200. The carpet started drying out for a couple of days and now the water is coming in again. So, after bringing the car in 3 times the problem is not fixed and I keep getting charged $200. I gave 2 stars because everyone was friendly, but the car is still not fixed. I have been pleased with the service center in past trips, but they can't fix the problem and keep charging me. More
