Yes ma'am, we do apologize for the delay in both the communication and the work on your vehicle. Even though our technician had an urgent family situation to come up and our other techs were already loaded with work, someone should have communicated better with you on the status of your vehicle. We truly appreciate our customers and while we can't rectify what has already happened, we do promise to use this as a training example to better our service departments communication with the customer.
