Horrible communication on the status of the vehicle. I dropped my car off at 10am for an oil change and recall. When they had t called by 5pm I went to pick it up as I live an hour away. Only problem was they scheduled repairs without making sure parts were on site. 1.5 hour drive. Glad I decided to have someone drive with me or I would have had to turn around - drive back home and resc sure parts were on site. 1.5 hour drive.
