My Atlas was scheduled for warranty service; an appointment set several days in advance and was to take 1.5 days. After three days of no status update, I phoned Serra VW, where service left me on h appointment set several days in advance and was to take 1.5 days. After three days of no status update, I phoned Serra VW, where service left me on hold (again) for more than 10 minutes, at minute 11 they picked up the phone & hung up on me. Further, never once were any of my several voicemails questioning the status of my vehicle returned. It was six days before a technician at Serra even touched my vehicle for scheduled work they quoted at 1.5 days. These employees are constantly complaining in plain sight in front of customers, about management, overworked schedules, the horrible phone system, etc. Every time it's a struggle. More
