I always have a wonderful experience at Serra Volkswagen. Everybody there are just so friendly, professional and speedy service. I had considered trading my car for a Toyota. One of the worst customer service I have ever had... my car was in the service department for over 6 weeks... I call many times with no follow up from anyone... I had to drive to the place to get an update car was in the service department for over 6 weeks... I call many times with no follow up from anyone...
