I have always been happy with yall work on my car.Yall have taken very good care of my car when i have brought it in for it to be serviced.Everyone here is very friendly and kind to me they make sure that have taken very good care of my car when i have brought it in for it to be serviced.Everyone here is very friendly and kind to me they make sure that im taken care of while im waiting.I love my car and wouldn't go anywhere else to buy another vechile.I would recommend Serra Volkswagen to all my friends and family members and tell them to only buy a vechile from them you can trust them totally. Customer service Not only was the customer service was 100% awesome, friendly, kind, professional, and patient. Once they knew my name, I felt as a part of they’re family. Called me by name, very respectfully staff. And that’s not all... The staff took the time, listened to me speak, explain what’s going on... since I only had the car for a day when I found some issues. Not a problem at all she said. They fixed my car in a very timely manner. It’s running perfectly, fixed my AC issues, (just low on 134a). The next day I drove back to Birmingham, picked my keys up and they explained everything again in person, the day before, I was at work and I received a call, the manager lady, so nice, informed me of the issues I was describing was accurate. After all said and done. I stopped by the parts office/desk. A guy, I can’t remember his name, was there. He answered all my VW questions since this is my 1st VW car. Helped me with fining the right fuel filter and oil filter. This here service center, wow. Best one I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to many many of them. I would 100% recommend this place for all your needs of service. I drive from Anniston, Al to Birmingham, Al for this and it’s totally worth the drive time. I also will be buying my next car there. I have now fallen in love with Volkswagens. More

I’ve had my car since May and my car has been in and out of the shop since then! I am fed up with how unprofessional Serra Volkswagen are from sales to service. My first problem is the fact that they sold m of the shop since then! I am fed up with how unprofessional Serra Volkswagen are from sales to service. My first problem is the fact that they sold me a raggedy car just for a pretty penny that I’m having a hard time getting out of. The lady who sold me the car is fired for doing bad business with another customer. I have a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta and the maintenance is pretty expensive. I would not recommend the car to anybody! About 1 month of driving the car around the city, I needed an oil change and some adblue fluid which means the car was never fully inspected when it was given to me. The next problem occurred around December. An adblue notification was popping up along with a check engine light. I bought the adblue fluid and the lights did not go off. I asked services can they take a look at my car. They stated in order to look at my car, it’ll be a $125 diagnostic fee, but they could not get me in until the following week. I expressed my concern with driving the car for another week and they told me I should be okay to do so but if not, they would slide me in for a priority appointment. Just two days later, my car would not start. I had to get my car towed to Serra Volkswagen where I was given the run around about when they could work on my vehicle. They had my car for about two weeks while they continuously lied about being finished sooner than they were. When I picked my car up, they were requesting more money because they found another issue where they did not take their time to find it during the initial inspection of what they were paid $125 to do. I had to come out of pocket $500 on top of already paying $1250. They promised me that my car would run brand new after completing everything. Here we are in February and my car is already back in the shop due to an error of theirs! I need a new adblue injector and I’m receiving a notification that my car won’t start in 250 miles. I went to get an oil change yesterday and we set up an appointment for me to get the adblue injector replaced today at 9:30 AM. They told me they already had the part in stock and the service would take about 4 hours. I got there this morning and I told them I have to work later on today. They told me that I was okay and they’ll have me ready. Two hours into them having my car, they called me and told me they made a mistake and they do not have the part in stock. I have been letting them know since yesterday that I will be going to Montgomery Friday for a business trip and I need my car. I’ve asked them several times for a rental car for the inconvenience. At first they told me they don’t give out rental cars. Now they have switched up the story and told me they only carry two rental cars and they are out. They are always unprofessional, they never answer the phone, they always have attitudes, they are liars, and I’ve spent more money getting my car fixed than I’ve spent on my car note! Please think wisely before doing business with Serra Volkswagen on Center Point Parkway! More
