The facility is in a sad state of disrepair. As I pulled up I questioned if they were still in business. They never called me to discuss the diagnosis as they said they would. I paid $125 for the diagnosi up I questioned if they were still in business. They never called me to discuss the diagnosis as they said they would. I paid $125 for the diagnosis (and that $125 doesn’t apply toward any repair) and they never called to say what it was or when I might expect the work to be completed. I called to get info and ended up being referred to the general manager. I left a detailed message for the GM with my number and he never bothered to call me back. Overall the work was completed but overpriced with no feedback (as they said there would be) and the facility is a dump. More
The service department does a great job at Serra. It was explained to me what was wrong with my vehicle and what it would take to repair it. I was kept informed of the process of the repairs. He offer me the special of the day, explained I need brakes on my next visit, and told me my car was in good condition. :-) Thank you The last couple of visit I wasn't impressed, but I see the department has done a great customer turn around that is good for all customers.
