New engine needed on my diesel.... My F350 blew the engine. Seth Wadley service filed a claim with Ford for me. It had 101,700 miles on it, so was just out of warranty. They got Ford to cover 1/3, the dealer covered 1/3, and I was left with 4500 to pay. They gave me an F150 to drive while they dealt with Ford. I appreciate their help, but I will never have another one without keeping a current warranty. More

Poor Service Dept My Ford F-150 was making a noise from the front end, like a brake shoe was sticking or a caliber. Made an appointment with the service dept at the Ford store to have it looked at and have the oil changed. After a couple of days not hearing from them, I called my service advisor (Kyle Gimlin) to see what they had found out and he said his technician thought it was my rotors but he couldn't hear the noise so he needed to get another technician to drive it and make sure. He called me back and said yes it was my front rotors and it would be around $101 per rotor. And if that doesn't fix it, then they would need to replace the back rotors. I disagreed because if it was my rotors, I would think it would be making the noise all the time, which it doesn't. I told him to just change my oil and I would pick my truck up on Saturday. As I was headed out the parking lot, I heard the noise, so I turned around. I asked Kyle to come ride with me and he said no that he couldn't because no one else was there, which wasn't true. I replied well what about a technician, and he said no they only do oil changes. I replied so there's no one who could ride with me to hear what I'm talking about and he said no, and added that his technicians work on trucks everyday and they said it was my rotors. I said well I'm sorry but I think they misdiagnosed my problem, and I headed back to OKC in total disbelief of the treatment. A few days later, I received a survey by email. Filled it out with poor marks and explained the situation, and I have yet to hear from anyone and its been over a month now. I would not say that's good customer service nor taking care of your customer. More
