I was looking for new Raptor for over a month but was having no luck with trying to trade in my 2022 Ford F250 Shelby Super Baja and find a Raptor that was not crazy marked up from MSRP. I reach out to Seth Wadley after seeing a AD and even tho they were out of state, I was willing to pay shipping. I was contacted by Jake Mccollum, he really put the work in to get me the deal that I wanted. He ended up earning my best with all his help and the dealership willing to give me top dollar for my trade and giving me a great deal on my new Raptor. Jake is also a Army Veteran, so from other veteran thank you for your service to our country and excellent service at this dealership to make this deal happen. Service department of dealership does not take care of customer. On two occasions, they kept my vehicle over a week, not working on it, but waiting and they had parts in stock. They don't return phone cal customer. On two occasions, they kept my vehicle over a week, not working on it, but waiting and they had parts in stock. They don't return phone calls in a timely manner and keep you updated and try to up sell at every turn. They used to be great until the muti-dealership expansions. Will not shop them or use their service department again. More
