He went out of his way to ensure we left with the vehicle even though he had to call in someone to service our car since they were closed for the holidays. By January we realized the SUV was too small for our family and was not happy with it. We went back and received the same, if not better, service we did the first time! He found us exactly what we wanted and was so helpful. Not only is Giovanni great but so is the facilities! Anything we need done for our vehicle can be done there! Very convenient and I'm so glad to have their support! Will recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle! More

Best car buying experience I initially let Jake know my interests over the phone. I went in to check out cars on Saturday to get a better idea of what I wanted. This dealer rater doesn't give me the option to select Toyota in the Vehicle brand column. The dealership is great but the dealer rater , not so much. Probably not a big deal but if I am asked to give a true evaluation of the dealership, I should at least be able to tell the truth about what kind of car I bought. More
