My wife needed a new car and was set on a particular model that is not sold locally. I convinced her to at least look around to have better perspective on her choice to replace her vehicle. We took a test drive and ended up in a parking lot off site where Jerry demonstrated the features of the vehicle and helped convince my wife to drive it a short distance. She was very nervous about driving since her wreck the previous week. With Jerry's calm encouragement she settled down considerably. We returned to the dealership and continued our discussion on the merits of buying local versus having to travel 3 to 6 hours for service, overall cost of ownership and knowing the people you are going to trust your car to for needed service and repairs. To my surprise, my wife decided to negotiate a deal here and now, and we ended up with her new Lincoln. I do not think that many other Consultants could have given her the peace of mind and professionalism that Jerry Gattis offered her that day. I am completely satisfied with the decision to stop by to "look" at Sewell Lincoln and am thankful to have Jerry as our Consultant. More

I approached Sewell in the hopes to buying my "dream car" and by dream car I mean the car I had envisioned myself in at the ripe old age of 50! From the get-go Aaron Cox was positive and confident and gave me the hope I needed to proceed with achieving what I thought to be almost impossible. His nature, confidence and electric personality drew me in! He made me feel so comfortable as he worked diligently because he knew I wanted nothing more in this world than this car. He also knew I would not settle for anything else! After getting the bad news that I was not going to be able to purchase the car due to bank loan issues I went home with the promise from Aaron Cox, that he would do anything he had to, to find the same make of car that the banks would allow me to have. Only two days later I received the call that I would never forget! Robbie Richards called me to break the news that they had worked out a deal and I GOT THE CAR!!! I drove straight to the dealership where I met with Monica Petersen who arranged my income tax return and was an angel while she got that done!! While waiting on this part of the purchase I had the wonderful opportunity to meet with Ron Newby and we talked cars and speed ;). Finally, after meeting with Ramiro Ruiz I learned that there was some work that had to be done to pull the deal but THEY ALL WORKED TOGETHER to figure it out!!! I can PROMISE YOU, you could not have met a happier girl that day! I had tears in my eyes on two occasions because I could not believe these guys were so wonderful in helping me to buy the car of my DREAMS!!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you ALL!!!
