Regarding the actual leasing process of my new vehicle it went great. I voiced concerns that I did not want to spend all day in the dealership when I know what I want and what I want to pay. I THINK I got a good deal on my Escape considering I was getting out of another lease pre-term. My husband and I went down looked the pickup over and took a ride, Felt this was what we wanted and would serve our needs, As life goes at time, there was what we thought a minor problem that needed fixing and they keep it to get the problem taken care of Bad news, nothing was working out. it laps into several weeks, no fault of Pauls or Sewell, the truck just had problems that they never dreamed couldn't get fixed. He got with his manager, Robbie Richards, who agreed needed to make things right. They agreed we'd been more than patient and willing to make things right with us. We went looking & riding again and decided on a Ford F150 Supercrew Cab this time. Nice truck, well satisfied, just got to learn the new Sync. Paul was very helpful and apologized many times for the problem. Just a down to earth guy and not pushy, he was very helpful and explained varies things about our choices before we made a second selection.
