I had been shopping around for a great used SUV and not having much luck. Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for they were knowledgeable and honest about every aspect of the vehicle and treated my family and myself with respect right from the start. I have honestly never been treated better at any car lot. The buying process was quick and painless. Robbie Richards and David Vargus both told us how Sewell had been open for over 100 years due to their great customer service before and after the sale. I really didn't know if to believe it or not. I mean all used car lots and salesmen are the same right I couldn't have been more wrong both Robbie Richards and David Vargus are honest, caring, outstanding people. I had an incident with my truck that required service due to no spare tire key lock. I had an issue with one of my tires but was unable to change it due to no spare tire key lock to lower the spare. After a blowout damaged my truck, Brandon worked with the service department and collision center to see that my truck would be repaired no questions asked!! I will now be a Sewell customer for life no matter where I am or what vehicle I am looking to purchase!! More
