I had an overall great experience in the purchase of my new 2013 Volkswagen Beetle! All of which started when I didn't even have to go to the actual dealership to test drive the car. I spoke with a sal new 2013 Volkswagen Beetle! All of which started when I didn't even have to go to the actual dealership to test drive the car. I spoke with a salesman over the phone and he in turn brought the Volkswagen to me within in the hour to my place of business and proceeded to let me drive it for the next several days with no constant pressure to buy the car. The salesman said for me to contact him "when I was ready to start the buying process, not when he was ready." This hassle free factor made the buying experience/process much more stress free and relaxed for myself, unlike my previous experience in the past with a different dealership (who I must add is now currently NOT in business as of this date). The entire staff that I came in contact with at the Volkswagen & Ford Dealership were extremely friendly and professional at the same time. My Salesman as well as other staff members answered every question I had to the best of their knowledge and if a certain fact wasn't known they didn't hesitate to find someone else with more knowledgeable experience to answer my questions (as I had an entire list). With our most recent purchase, we also dealt with Shane Dixon. Shane is a finance manager, but all the 'closing' guys were tied up at the time of our purchase. Shane stepped in and did the closing with us so we wouldn't have to wait. He answered all of our questions and got our paperwork done as quickly as he could, so we could be on our way in our new vehicle. We'll definitely be buying from them again! Brandon and his wife where great and made our buying a used Vehicle seem easy. We live in Midland and we were trying to look at the Ford Explorer or Ford Flex and No one at Rogers Ford would help us and w used Vehicle seem easy.
