It is very rare that I would rate a car buying experience as great, but the people named above certainly achieved it. The only reason I rated the "Price" question as good, is that I will probably never be s as great, but the people named above certainly achieved it. The only reason I rated the "Price" question as good, is that I will probably never be satisfied that I paid the least amount possible for a vehicle. My initial experience with David Gomez was possibly the best sales experience I have had with a car salesman. (The 2nd best experience was with Omar Azarte a year ago). I had researched the F-150 quite extensively, as I have owned 4 Chevrolet 1500's in the past (most of them bought from Sewell-Crane). I was convinced that Ford has finally outdone Chevrolet with the F-150, and David answered every question and concern that I had. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and led me to two choices on the lot. He certainly paid attention to what I was saying, and made my choice extremely easy without all of the "salesman BS" that irritates me. It should be noted that I have walked out of a salesman's office numerous times because they failed to listen, failed to negotiate fairly and kept up the BS that was unnecessary. David and I came to an agreement in very little time and I was able to go back about my business as usual. He certainly earned another shot at selling me another vehicle in the future. The next step in the process was a pleasant surprise as well. I should note that I have also walked out on a few deals in the past at this very point due to an arrogant egomaniac called "Business Manager". And, I have never even considered going back to those dealers again because of it. Christal Jordan is as pleasant and refreshing a "Business Manager" that I have ever dealt with. She was respectful, courteous and professional. She even sold me three additional options that I have not ever considered in the past, and I didn't even feel as if I had been "taken". It is because of her positive experience that I will return to Sewell Ford again. I also met the manager of the truck accessories department (Johnny) regarding the different options for bed covers. He also made sure that my new truck got the bed liner I wanted before I signed the paperwork and picked up my truck. He was very helpful and informative with all of my questions, and very respectful as well. And lastly, Mario Matta very faithfully showed me all the details inside the new truck and how to operate the many features. He also called me two days later to make sure I was comfortable with the truck and it's features. Had I not already been somewehat familiar with the options on our 2011 Explorer, Mario would definately be a great source of information and help with all of the gadgets on this truck. It was apparant that all of these employees know thier respective jobs very well, but have one other aspect lacking at other dealerships: pride. It appears to me that they have been well trained and have been given value to thier positions in the company. I suspected this from the TV commercials that I have seen from Sewell Ford, where the employees are emphasized and not vehicles. The vehicles sell themselves; but the employees are the ones that make Sewell as successful company. It was a great experience and I will look forward to it again in the futue. More

This dealership was great. I originally tried to buy out of town and the dealership was so horrible I cancelled what I was doing and called Sewell. They matched my price and got me in to a truck within 72 h of town and the dealership was so horrible I cancelled what I was doing and called Sewell.
