I had already done some research on Auto Trader. I had driven a Toyota Camry in June at a Killeen dealership and just fell in love with it. I had set an appointment with Aaron after visiting with him on the phone on Thursday evening. When I met him at the previously owned side of Sewell Ford this morning, he gave me some info about the vehicles on that lot. I told him my situation (career change, current car issue, etc) and we walked across the street to the lower end vehicles. I saw the 2009 Toyota Camry and looked at a few others, but already knew I wanted a Camry. He was not aggresive, but gave me all the info I needed. We visited and he took my info. He gave me an estimated quote which was a little too high. Before I left, he introduced me to Cain. Cain asked me if he could get the price down and financing where I needed it, would I buy the car? I wasn't sure he could do it. Aaron called me about an hour later with great news. We set the appointment to make the deal at 2 p.m. I purchased the car! I thought it was pretty cute that as I walked out the door after signing the papers, Cain announced over the loud speaker - Congratulations, Chere Tone on your new purchase of a 2009 Toyota Camry. I was standing on the porch of the sales office. I screamed - Yay! That's me! A few other customers just laughed with me. Great experience! Thanks! More

I had a very pleasant experience in purchasing my new ford F350. The sales consultant and management team were professional and gave me a fair trade-in for my Chevrolet Corvette. The sales manager worked through the rebate options with me to offer the absolute lowest monthly payment from all scenarios. My salesman went over every option the truck had so I knew EXACTLY where to find features and how to operate my new truck. The salesman even called the next day to insure I wasn't having any operating difficulties! The lady in charge of finance that handled my paperwork was very professional as well, she explained all available programs to me along with their costs. Finance had all paperwork ready for me when I arrived at my appointment time making this a very smooth purchase. On another note that may skip the casual observer, my truck was spotlessly clean at delivery and full of gas. Very nice job from the entire team!!!
