This is my 4th Vehicle to work with Brandon Utley and my 3rd to work with Arthur Montoya (in finance). This time as well as the previous times was absolutely above and beyond all expectations. Brandon showed me anything and everything i wanted to see. He did a very good job of answering all my questions. When i finally decided exactly what i wanted turns out they didn't have one on the lot. Many salesman would, i believe, have tried to talk me into one they did have on the lot. Instead, Brandon went out and found me one that was exactly what i wanted. He did a dealer trade (whatever that is) and had my truck on the lot the next day and that evening i was driving it. When i went to Arthus in finance we caught up a little bit on each others families, lives, etc. He then put together the paperwork and said "look this over, i worked up everything like you have done it in the past and see what you think". He had already done everything exactly like i wanted. Although he did tell me about a new program that they are offering that they werent when i got my last one that he thought i might be interested in, and i was. We finished up the paperwork and i walked away smiling. I just can't express on here how nice it is to work with people that you know are honest and i know i can trust.
