Terez was wonderful, he made me feel really good about purchasing my car. I did not come for that car. I came to purchase an explorer. He listened to everything I said, I expressed I really wanted a lincoln. I told him I thought about the lincoln and it is out of my price range. I did express that I really wanted a lincoln. we talked about my need, I had purchase several expeditions and a explorer, a van and 2 nissan xterra all from Bob Brock Ford. I explained that my right knee had been broken and I can no longer step up to get in a these kind of vehicles. He asked, why I wanted the explorer. I told him because I don't have to step up or go to far down. We talked further and I told him again I really want a lincoln. He told me you can fix the seats so you wont have to go down too far. I told him I had tried several lincolns and it goes too far down for my knee but the mkx was perfect. I told him I would really like a car instead of the mkx. I never tried to sit in the cars because it would go too far down. He told me lets see if it would be ok for my knee. He got the key to the lincoln and he fixed the seat and it was perfect. I was really happy about this lincoln, but I was worried about the price. He told me with the discounts, the lincoln would be cheaper than the explorer. We went for a ride and I was pleased. Terez was soft spoken, concern of my needs and much a gentleman. He is so well mannered and polite. He sold me the car without even trying. He did not try to force anything on me, he just wanted me to get what I wanted. He told me, think about it and get back to him. I told him I want this car now. I am going to tell everyone about this salesman, I was really impressed. When my husband came to see the car, he told me he was going back to work, because he believed Terez would take care of me. He told me, "I feel he would not cheat you or try to get over on you and I am satisfied with him helping you."
