This was the first vehicle that my fiance & I have purchased together, and it was her first experience buying a new/used vehicle from a dealership. The service We received at Sewell Ford was definitely far above any other dealership I have ever visited. I would recommend this dealership based on the experience of our recent purchase of a new car. I found the sales staff to be courteous, professional, and knowledgeable of the vehicles. Unfortunately, many car salesmen only add to the typical stereotype of the "sleazy salesman," but I found the sales staff at Sewell Ford to more concerned with the customer's well-being rather than trying to make a large sales commission. While I am willing to go "toe-to-toe" with any car salesperson in negotiating price, trade-in, etc., the process never become a problem. I would gladly recommend Sewell Ford for their next used or new vehicle purchase, based on my personal experience. More

The dealership was clean and there were no over anxious salespersons anywhere to be seen. Cindy Dehoyos was absolutely the best salesperson I have ever dealt with when purchasing a new car or truck. She was prefessional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. She showed us different options and alternatives but never "pressed" for a sale. She even stood up for us on the value of a trade in, which I have never experienced before. The financing process was easy, simple and did not take a long time. Although the dealership had closed by the time we finished with all the paperwork, Cindy stayed around to show us all the features of the new truck and she actually called up a few weeks later to make sure everything was going well with the new vehicle and to ask if I had any further questions or concerns about the new truck. I am going back to purchase another vehicle for my wife in a few months and will not even go to another dealer for that purchase!!! More

As a former customer of Sewells I was very surprised and disappointed when I went to the dealership shopping for a new Lincoln. Not one person at the dealership even acknowledged my husband and I. Ron Newby and Andrew Petersen were very helpful in answering our questions and concerns. They were very upfront with any possible issues with our used vehicle and covered the Certified Pre-Owned Ford answering our questions and concerns. The price was very reasonable and we were given a good estimate on our trade in. Therefore, the financing department processed our paperwork very quickly. We were so happy that Sewell did not provide us with the usual "all day" car-buying experience; we were in by 10:15 a.m. and out by 12:30. We also visited a Ford dealership in Midland early on in the process. We were so pleased with Sewell and its staff that we have already decided to by from Sewell-Odessa for our next Ford. More
