First we have David Baldwin over at the buy-here pay-here lot over on West County Road, He sold me a trailblazer a while back and it was great. My wife and I have went back to him many times to find another SUV but never seem to take the leap and no matter how many times we come and go he always treated us like we were welcome. Second is Bobby Biggs, Without him doing everthing he could there is no way my wife and I would be enjoying the Navigator right now. Also Chris Garrett I feel he went above and beond to get us in our new SUV, When the banks said no this guy went another step up the ladder and got the job done. Last but not least is Robbie Richards. I have to say this guy made us feel like we have never felt before buying a car. Every time my wife and I have ever bought a car we have always felt like we got the shaft when we sign the paperwork and drive off. It has been almost 2 weeks ago and we both still feel as we have made the best choice a person could make when buying a car and its all because of Robbie. He has walked us threw the entire experiance from start to finish and has keep his word 100% about what he said he would do for us. I cant tell you enough how Robbie has changed our lives. This was the best experiance I have ever had buying a car! I have bought from other places like all american and mazda and nothing compares to the coustumer service we had recieved from ford! I really liked working with Aaron Galindo, he was not pushy like most car salesman at other lots just trying to get you in and run some numbers! He took care of everything for us like making sure we had two keys and a full tank of gas! That was my first time out of four cars I have bought that I had recieved that! It doesnt sound like much but the little things do count! And Aurthur Montoya was also great as well! He really explained everything to us well and gave us great costumer service! Everyone was nice and Brandon Utley couldn't have been better. So far I couldn't be more pleased with my 2009 Focus SEL. It is loaded and I would even put up against my folks Cadallac. The reason I said ok to one question was not because of Mr. utley we have bought 5 cars in less than 1 year from Sewell because of him he's great. He goes way beyond to get what we want.
