I had brought in my 2008 F150 for a noise, coming from the rear of vehicle. I had brought the truck in once before. The problem was fixed that time (same sound). On my last visit the noise could not be repeated in the shop. After 2 days, my truck was returned to me, not repaired. It has been making the sound since then, but is sporadic. The price is really never as good as I would like but Ribbie did the work to earn my trust and my business. The best thing about Robbie is that he did not forget I existed after the sale. He keeps in touch by phone, company mailings and personal news letters.
