I took the vehicle in once for a service issue and the problem was found and repaired in a good and time experience. Everything went very smoothly. I recently took it back in for what sounded like the same problem, but the vehicle was returned to me 2 days later. The shop could not get the vehicle to repeat the sound in the shop.
