Our experience as new Ford owners was made more enjoyable by the employees at Sewell Ford. In subsequent months, we took our vehicle to the Ford oil change facility for its scheduled maintenance. Those employees also were always friendly, polite and helpful. While having the car serviced, we usually stopped in to Aaron's sales office to say hello. We were so impressed! He always remembered our names! We loved our experience with Sewell. Sadly, we had to move from the Odessa area. We first moved to Houston, TX and later to Virginia Beach, VA. We took our car to a Ford dealership when we lived in Houston and we still take it to a dealership here in Virginia Beach, but the experience falls far, far short of the friendliness of Sewell Ford. Prospective customers can't go wrong in dealing with Sewell Ford and if they're really lucky, they'll get Aaron Galindo as their sales person too! More
