I have to say my experience with Sewell Ford Lincoln was a GREAT EXPERIENCE. I found the truck they had advertised on the car.com app and sent them a message late one night. The next morning I was immediate a GREAT EXPERIENCE. I found the truck they had advertised on the car.com app and sent them a message late one night. The next morning I was immediately contacted by a Gentleman named Maikel Gonzalez, who let me know the truck I was interested in was still available. I told him I lived in Denver Co. and would have to fly down to get the truck. He was understanding on how I wanted to proceed on buying the truck. He even offered options on shipping the truck to me if I was interested. What I really liked about this guy was he listened to what I wanted, and worked hard to get me a good price on the truck I wanted. Chuck Prescott is the Business Manager that I worked with, and was very helpful and professional in making this a reality. Both of these guys made sure I had a ride from the airport before I even left Denver. Probably the thing I liked most about the business part of buying my truck was the communication, and there was a lot of it, mainly through text message or email. These guys would reply to me within a timely manner. There wasn’t no waiting 3 and 4 hours to get a reply, or me calling them back because they got busy and forgot me! Nope, Both of these guys were on top of their Game. Even the Gentlemen that picked me up from the airport named Ryan was on time, and got me to the dealership safe and was very friendly. If I had to do it all over, I would most definitely buy a car from these guys again. Thanks again for everything you guys do, and providing Excellent customer service!!! More
