This is second family purchase in less than a year. Our Son bought a new vehicle, we purchase a Pre Certified used. We had several issues in the finance department on both purchases, from $100 OVER payment discussed being told it was computer error to making first payment to Sewell and getting late notice 2 weeks later from Ford. Also intense pressure to purchase the “ add on” items we do not need; would not take no for an answer. This is a very serious concern and possibly cause us to shop else where on next purchase. More
