Of course, they needed to see my truck before making an offer. When he came in with the trade amount I was very pleased. It took a while to get the Expedition ready, but they were covered up busy! I still felt like they did everything in their control to get it ready quick. I saw CT in finance and he did a great job also! After the papers were signed, I had a change of heart about a couple of coverages I had purchased. I went back in and CT took care of my wishes without a complaint!
