In less than 30 minutes she found exactly what I was looking for, priced it out with outside accessories and we had a deal. She worked out all the payment information with my corporate office in Houston, and 2 days later I picked up the truck. Outstanding customer service, and I appreciate her considerable efforts. More

His product knowledge was lacking but his attitude and willingness more than made up for it. He will do well and I will use him again. I understand why Mike Stanton is in the position he is. He is a leader with great brand knowledge and paitents, he took the time to answer my questions to a satisfactory level without any difficulty. Both men stayed late and completed the transaction and were more then accommodating. This was our 3rd visit to the dealership and 1st purchase. I have to say the standards are set high and maintained thru out sales, finance, dealership appearance. Make ready department is the only failure that we incounteted. Their lack of pride and attention to detail is obvious, we found marker left written on the wheels, dirt in every corner, tires that didn’t have valve stem covers and a paint defect that should have been caught during the PDI. More

Not only did he get me a decent deal on a new 2019 Ford Edge, but he is making me think about the possibility of getting a new truck for my husband. CT in Finance was also exceptional. Thanks to Mark, CT and Sewell Ford, I didn't have to go out of town to find a good deal on my vehicle. More

Even as the time went by, we never felt rushed or pressured and I always felt respected. It would be hard to buy a car anywhere else after this. More

If the cruise control is engaged, when driving in the passing lane and a semi truck is in the slow lane the vehicle will slam on the brakes if the difference in speed is about 12 mph or greater. If the speed is less the truck will slow down to the speed of the truck. 5 weeks later this problem is still not resolved. The dealership claims the problem is probably not their problem because Tuscony provides the bumper supplied on the Shelby model. I bought the truck with the Shelby mods and was told it could be serviced at ANY Ford dealership and all parts were covered by a 35,000 mile warranty. Other problems are as follows. After owning the truck for 3 days I narrowly avoided a wreck. While accelerating onto the interstate the throttle stuck. I had to aggressively break and veer off to the shoulder to keep from rear ending a truck. The problem was the throttle peddle was sticking under the floor mat. The service tech wrote up the solution to the problem." customer has the all weather Raptor floor mats installed on top of the Shelby Raptor carpeted floor mats. Ford clearly states on page 287 of the owners manual "never place floor mats or any other covering on top of already installed floor mats." THIS IS HOW THE TRUCK WAS DELIVERED TO ME. Now its my fault I hadn't read page 287 of the owners manual. Door code would not work: Again from the tech report: " Verified door code does not work using the one supplied in the owner manual because the owners manual is the wrong one." Only one Key Fob works.: Again from the tech report: " Verified only one key fob in the vehicle functions. Shelby cannot program fobs and send them. Programmed new key fob and verified proper operation." 3 weeks later I had a flat on the highway. The key to unlock the spare tire would not work. Even though the dealer knew the key fob had to be reprogrammed to use in the truck they didn't bother to do anything about the spare tire lock. Result, I called for road side assistance and they couldn't get the spare down either. I paid the service truck to drive me 40 miles back to the house to get the other key fob so we could change the tire. The service department personnel are polite on the phone but I have had 3 calls not returned and I have to call them to get updates on the status of the truck. It is currently 1 o'clock on Friday afternoon and I am again waiting for a call that was promised this morning to discus a resolution on this truck. More
